Memberships & Day Passes

We offer month-to-month & 12-month committed agreements. 

All memberships auto-renew. 

You are required to give LIFT DSM a written 30-day notice before terminating a membership agreement. Please review each agreement for termination terms. 

Family membership includes up to 5 people. Larger packages are available upon request. With each additional family member added, the price reduces. 

Day Pass: $15.00
